Shipping policy

We ship your orderΒ within 3-5 business days of receiving it.Β Orders are delivered in 7-15 business days.

If the address provided to us upon checkout matches theΒ exact address we shipped your order to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the courierΒ to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolenΒ packages and you should contact the courier (UPS/CANADA POST) if any problems arise. Tip:Β if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the courierΒ and asking them to hold your package at a local post office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen.

The Snack PauseΒ does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Once the order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification including the package tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International Shipments are bound to have customs tax and that is paid by the customer. The Snack Pause is not responsible for paying the customs tax.Β 

  • Courier (UPS) might contact customer for customs clearance. Custom clearance is sole responsibility of customer andΒ The Snack Pause Inc.Β is not responsible for any customs clearance or customs tax.
  • We Ship Orders throughΒ UPS and customers will be provided with Full Tracking I.DΒ through email. Once the order has been shipped we cannot issue a refund.
